1.鸭掌洗净放入冷水中,加入姜片和料酒去腥,待水开,撇去浮沫,继续煮20分钟。

2.煮好后将鸭掌捞出,迅速冲冷水备用。

3.准备干辣椒、麻辣香锅料、火锅料,喜欢吃麻的,再准备一大把麻椒。

4.锅内烧油。

5.放入配料,转小火持续翻炒。

6.待香味炒出加水。

7.水开后放入5大勺盐。

8.关火后冷却至30度,将鸭掌倒入其中开始卤制。

9.最好卤制24小时后食用,味道更加。
